Chili's Grill - Mandeville

Went late night. I can say I am impressed with the recent changes. The staff was so much friendlier and the food was good I look forward to going back again soon

I Have Visited many Chili’s franchises and none can compete with the service and the atmosphere of the Mandeville Chili’s location. You’re always greeted with a smile and the staff seems to be really enjoying serving the guests. I frankly HAVE NO IDEA how the Hammond location is still in Business. Messing up my order once is understandable but twice in 3 months. Whosever is in charge needs to either be fired or go to some sort of seminar on HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT

Chili’s in Mandeville has been a staple for a long time, and it’s easy to see why. The food and drinks are excellent, and the service is typically outstanding. This location has a fantastic spot, conveniently near many attractions. Our meal was served promptly, and our server was fantastic during our dinner date. We’ll definitely return!

We ordered delivery from Chili's, and once again, they did not disappoint. The food is always excellent, but tonight, it was just perfect for me. A big shoutout to the chef for the trio fajitas! The steak and chicken were sliced thin, fitting perfectly into the small tortillas, and there was just the right amount of shrimp for every wrap. It's like you read my mind because it was exactly what I wanted. The steak was tender and juicy, the chicken was succulent, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The flavors were spot on. Chili's made a great choice in hiring the chef at the Mandeville, La restaurant. You should be proud!

I remember when Chili's was one of my favorite chain restaurants. I still give it a shot from time to time, but despite their various revamped menu items, it consistently falls short of my expectations. I tried the gourmet brisket burger, which allows you to choose the cooking temperature. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately, the patty lacked that gourmet burger flavor. The brisket was hardly there and just as bland as the burger itself. Considering it costs more than the double 1lb burger, I had hoped for a generous helping of brisket. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.
