Visited tonight after reading several reviews. The food was absolutely delicious, had the Palak Paneer and the Lamb Korna which were just devine! the Sekh Kebab was also delicious, The services was prompt, though could have been warmer...not sure whether the waitress was nervous or just brisk and prompt (short of words). The prices are very reasonable and for 2 people it was a great deal for a Friday night out. If you love Indian food you will definitely enjoy this small quaint restaurant!
Wonderful curry served "just how you like it". Mild, medium or hot. The curry dishes were served hot, they were tasty and the portions were generous. Friendly staff and well priced. This venue is defin worthwhile when visiting Mandurah. Parking available and views of the Mandurah waterway.
This is a nice local Indian restaurant, the service is good the food is excellent and the prices are resonable
This was our second visit to this little hidden in full view, gem of a restaurant. The aromas hit you well before entering, tantalising the tastebuds for the treat awaiting you. The small seating area, complimented by a front outdoor area, together with the aromas, evoked memories of earlier times and similar sized restaurants in the U.K. Also, the traditional Indian restaurant decor and music added to the atmosphere of this tidy but busy restaurant. Along with our friends we ordered a wide range of dishes from the menu. I was pleasantly surprised on our previous visit to discover my all time favourite Indian dish for the first time in an Australian Indian restaurant. This being the 'dhansak'. Just as I remembered it to be, if not better, so naturally I stuck with this choice although I reverted to the chicken, instead of the non-listed prawn version of the previous visit. Everyone agreed that the meal was delicious and the servings more than ample. I noted my wife's delighted reaction to the ' sizzling veg ' dish. Also, the pastry on the entre samosas was light allowing the delicious contents to shine...Service was prompt , friendly and efficient. A nice finishing touch was the complimentary palate freshening sprinkles. The only negative aspect would have to be the outside, around the corner toilet facilities which, on the occasion we used them the light was not working ! Very reasonably priced for the portion size provided I would recommend this B.Y.O Indian restaurant to anyone seeking a fabulous dining experience
