Starbucks - MANHASSET

This Starbucks has great staff, good coffee, but they do not accept Starbucks rewards as payment. (they are not given that option). Semi-clean space, comfortable seating.

They made my drink wrong. I asked them to fix it, they asked me to pay for it again. The worker threw my straw at me. They told me next time to order a venti if I wanted it made right???? Never come here. So rude. Rudest staff ever. The cashiers name was Ina. The other girl was ruder though.

Rude staff: I have been to this Starbucks location multiple times and they give a hard time when you ask for a straw which I thought was weird. But today I went in again and asked for a straw, the employee proceeded to tell me with attitude that I don't need one, but I asked again, she told me straws are expensive and argued with me in front of the whole line of people instead of simply handing me a straw. This is Starbucks, not her personal store, I don't believe she was a great representation of the good customer service employees all Starbucks have.

TERRIBLE. I asked for an iced tea with out ice as I had finished battling a cold??and she tells me it?s and upcharge because they put more tea in the cup?! Rudest staff. The other reviews are correct. This Starbucks sucks.

Great shop, great crew ! Attached to Macy's and they get a steady stream of healthcare providers. Hey, fellow RN, MD, NP, CNA I know we use apps to pay, but bring a single or 2 in and tip these nice people !
