Service and food were excellent. Went multiple times on a quick trip to the area. Food was good and service was above my expectations. The tresleche was enough for two. I found the prices fair. The add on prices were a little surprising, $2.69 for extra guacamole.

Shredded chicken was dry, some strands too toasted.

I decided to give Cafe Rio one more chance after my last experience, the grilled veggies weren 't ready so I decided to wait for them to be cooked and no one told me they were ready, the server working hard alone forgot about me. Therefore I inquired, the nice server attempted to ask if I could cut in the line but a not so kind customer had a bit of an attitude so I asked if I could place my order at the online order line they said no. So this very nice tall server so my frustration and said I can take your order. GOD BLESS YOU .So this visit the line was long because Cafe Rio is good but I think at this location they either have new people or not enough people for the line volume. I think there 's no organization everyone needs to know their task. I belive I was in line for about 10 minutes before being able to place my order.

It's a bit pricey but it is so worth it. I love the nachos, I order them with black beans n then the 3 leches cake omg Gurl my mouth is drooling as I'm typing this.
