Baan Thai - Manhattan

Loved everything about this restaurant right down to the calm and quietness of the seating floor. It is a small restaurant but the flavor of the food is big and makes a bang. The atmosphere was my favorite part. They do not play music, which adds to the calm of the restaurant. Do yourself a favor, get the Thai coffee, and you need to try their seafood plates.

Food is awesome, and a nice place. Just a great place to eat.

Staff only did job and didn't smile or do any extras. I was disappointed in our waitress

The food was really great and the decor was wonderful too! The only thing I didn't like was when I went to pay and the waitress demanded a tip. I understand that it's partially my fault for eating at a sit down restaurant when I couldn't afford to tip. I didn't realize at the time how rude it is to not tip in this country. That being said, I still think it was rude to force me into tipping. I'm really sad that I won't be able to enjoy their food more often because I can't afford to tip

This place is beautiful on the inside and got our food at a good time. The thai food is fantastic. I definitely recommend coming for lunch.
