Little Caesars Pizza - Manhattan

The manager who worked on 08-2022 night shift was very rude and did not answer the phone because it was after 9:00 they are open until 11:00. He didn't order me anything other than pizza? so no wings, bread sticks, dessert, etc. Has had a very bad experience and I hope no one else has to be treated as I was.

The quality of the pizza is so inconsistent and with prices slowly rising I havent seen anything that justifies me to keep spending my money here. Little Caesars used to always be my go to place but this store has gone downhill for the past 2 years. Maybe its time for a change of scenery

The pizza is as good as it always has been but this business has just gone down the drain. They never have any food ready. They complain about short staffing but i doubt they are honestly trying to hire or offering anything that would bring anyone in. I ordered food and they told me it would be 30 minutes so I waited and then when I went in the manager/owner got an attitude with me and it wasn't ready for an additional 40 minutes. And im not sure who the old lady is, either manager or franchise owner, but she needs to not work at the store at ALL. She catches an attitude with customer and talks down to them. It's not worth it at all to go back to this store until she's gone honestly

Love there pizza especially there $5 lunch deal.the only issue is the older lady that works days must always wake up on the wrong side of the bed.Went in today no customers at the time and she makes me wait while she's making boxes .She had boxes made up already but still make you wait .No very friendly either. That's why 3 stars only.like I said pizza is great . It's the service lady.I can't say anything about the other workers because it's always been the older lady I've had the deal with

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Doordash royally messed up and little ceasers made it right! They value and care for their customers! The manager was very sweet and helpful and so was his amazing team! Thank you!!!!
