WORST MANAGER IN MANSFIELD TX- SONALI AT BASKIN ROBBINS. On Tuesday, 2 Fudge Roll cakes with mint choclate chip ordered to be picked up at 1130 am on Friday (day). At 10am Friday (day) Sonali calls to say they have no mint chocolate chip ice or fudge. What? What is the point of order FOUR days in advance when you wait until an hour before picking up time, even see if you, what you need to make cake?! So I had to go to business so I could talk to someone I could understand in the middle of the day. Well, they made white leafcake (see picture) instead of fudge roll, which has nothing... The difference is big and I don't even like white icing. I needed something to do this - like a voucher for a cake I ACTUALLY ORDEREDED. Not both... just 1. Imo was very reasonable. She called manager Sonali. Sonali screamed at me at the top of her lung- said she had 't open for everything and until the cake- take her or leave her!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE Manager. I'll kick NIE back in Mansfields baskin robbins. Noone I know will go to BR in Mansfield because of the rude attitude of Sonali. I understand now that I had to deal with her personally. WOW. She's rude. She does not care about the customer service AT ALL! The cakes always have a problem. Wrong name, wrong cake, lost cake, never get order (also tho email confirmation was sent)... This has gone for years and NOTHING has changed. I have no idea how they are still busy, beyond terrible mgmt. I'm getting them a franchise, but does companies not care that they're tracking out the majority of customers and running their business in the ground? Save yourself and go down the street to the marble slab. They are very clean; You will never get an attitude; they do not close early on weekends; they do not let you wait until they finish texting to take your order and they have zero problems with making a cake. You have excellent vouchers as well as managers. Your company office responds to EVERY compliment or complaint, unlike Baskin Robbins, of whom I have never heard of. Unless you're screaming to talk to garbage... from BASKIN ROBBINS in MANSFIELD TEXAS.

It’s my favorite place to visit they have wide range of flavors. Their service is good the people who work there are friendly and they have freshly made waffle cones which is the best part and served at its best

First and foremost, the praline ice cream cake was to die for. That’s worth 5 stars. However, they lost my order for my mom’s 79th birthday cake. That’s minus 2 stars. Had to choose an undecorated cake out of the freezer. The cake was great, but was not personalized for her special day. Hopefully this was a one time mishap.
