Brooklyn Pie Cafe - Mansfield

I can't comment on the food since I never received it. I ordered through DoorDash, and it wasn’t a great experience. The restaurant didn't confirm my order right away, so I had to call them. They confirmed it, but my order was in the "being prepared" stage for over 30 minutes. I called back to check if my food was ready or if they were just busy. They told me it was ready and just waiting for a delivery driver. The issue was that the restaurant never updated DoorDash to indicate that my food was ready, so a driver was never assigned. I got this information from DoorDash after the restaurant informed me that my order was ready. There was no driver available, which isn’t the restaurant's fault, but I can’t help but think that if they had updated DoorDash properly, I might have received my order. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using DoorDash or other delivery services from this restaurant. They clearly can’t handle it. EDIT: I finally tried the food, and it was terrible. The pizza was cold and congealed, and it tasted stale and old. Everything was overpriced. The marinara sauce was watery and tasted canned, and the meatballs were bland with far too few for the price. I won’t be coming back again.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The place is spotless, and the food presentation is excellent. Everything tasted fresh, delicious, and truly authentic; I could really appreciate the quality of the ingredients. I can never get enough of the lasagna – every aspect of it is just perfect. On my recent visit, I decided to try a few random items from the menu, and I was not let down. Even though I don’t usually eat healthy food, I tried the caprese salad and it was delightful! I am really impressed with this restaurant, and I will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming here at least once a month for nearly a year, and I have no plans to stop! Their pizza is absolutely delicious, and the owner is really friendly. It's definitely worth the wait for the food!

We ordered two appetizers, three entrées, and a dessert, and by the end of our meal, there was nothing left on our plates. Our children, who typically leave with at least a few memories of their meals, didn’t finish a single bite, which is quite unusual for us. We found ourselves talking very little during the meal because the food was so delicious, which is also a rarity for our family. The restaurant is small and somewhat unassuming, but the quality of the food is outstanding. I would definitely recommend it and would return whenever we're nearby. We ordered bruschetta, paprika salad, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, shells, and cannoli—all of which were exceptional.

After returning after six months, I can honestly say that the pizza and garlic knots are consistently fantastic. The owner and his family are always so friendly and welcoming! After trying other pizza places in the area, Brooklyn Pie Cafe has become our family's favorite pizza spot.
