Domino's Pizza - Mansfield

This is the worst pizza experience you will find in Mansfield. Probably 6-7 times last year every time order said about 25-40 min delivery waited over an hour each time. Even tonight expected time 25-30 minutes waited an hour to say they have 1 driver and he is on another delivery. Changed to perform said it would be 10-15 minutes. Get 15 minutes later to say it will be another 10 minutes and the lady wants to have an attitude about me, asking where to lodge a complaint.

Recently made an order from Dominos, first I tried to do an online delivery but I was unable to, then I decided to call, ordered a cheese pizza no extra cheese and one with Jalapeno, pepperoni and pineapple, the estimated time delivery was 30 minutes and about 10 minutes later I got a call from Dominos telling me that it was going to be 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could deliver, so they asked if I wanted to come and do a pickup instead, so I did. After picking up my order I didn't think to check the pizzas to see if I got what I asked for, when I got back to my apartment I realized that they had put extra cheese on the first pizza and they didn't add jalapenos but instead put ham, it was late so I didn't want to drive back up there to let them know as it was almost closing time for them. Wasn't satisfied with my 1st time experience ordering from this location

First time at this location, pizza was ok. Lady ahead of me claimed to have waited an hour for 3 pizzas and one of which was wrong. I did wait about 10 minutes longer than expected but I chalked that up to them dealing with multiple in person customers. There were only two guys working. One named Michael cause I over heard him say his name to the lady that was unhappy about her order. Something else I noticed was that Michael and the other guy working didn’t wash their hands once between transactions. That’s enough for it to be my last time at this location.

The food here is always hot and fresh and the store is clean and employees are extremely friendly. My food has always been ready on time except for once and they gave me a free pizza! Excellent customer service values here at this place!!

Ordered hand tossed got thin crust! Was a total of 7 mushrooms on the pizza and they said I ordered no cheese which was not true!! Who would order pizza with no cheese!! I’ll not be ordering again!!!
