Panera Bread - Mansfield

That was my first time in a Panera bread. when they go in first. the smell is tempting. I was immediately greeted, waited for a short while I abandoned my order. while I was waiting, I went to the bathroom. I was very surprised that it was only locked for a single person.) eating was tasteful and the coffee was great. the staff was friendly and very busy.

Half of my order was great the Mac and cheese was cold and runny though. I've never had cold Mac and cheese here before ... so I'm guessing maybe they forgot to warm it up. The container is cold from the outside and the food inside is cold.

I enjoy Panera and usually I give them a 5 when I stop at a new location. Only reason for a 4 is because the manager on duty was very rude. I had called a couple days ahead to ask if I could pick up French onion soup for my granddaughter, who was in the hospital, at 9:45 a.m. She could have simply said no, I'm sorry. But she, with a tone, said We don't serve soup until 10:30. We can not serve it b4 then. You could come in after that time and get some. I said, I'm traveling and I'll be through there at 930-945. I will only have a short window to see her, was there no way to simply save a cup from the night b4 and it could just be heated in microwave. She said, ma'am I will not make am exception and hung up. Ummm ok. But Panera itself is consistent on giving great service and wonderful tasting food. I'm sure this location is no different.

Kennedy was great and helped us with the menu (don't come here much, but will more often now) and there was one tiny little problem with my food but the manager fixed it right away

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the Lexington Ave location they screw up my order. I understand once in a while but NOT EVERYTIME!! I AM NEVER RETURNING.
