Panera Bread - Mansfield

Very unhappy. This is the last time I buy a salad here. I ordered a Fuji Apple Salad and none of the greens had removed their stems. Absolutely unacceptable. Food: 1/5

Huge waiting time and not even busy. Workers took their time on everything. Waited 20 minutes and then left. Don't wait for a sandwich anymore. Slow pace there

This was the worst experience I've had at Panera. It was almost $35 for just me and my 5 year old. My teriyaki bowl was gross and I've ordered it dozens of times. It was over cooked and way over sauced and the broccoli was soggy and gross. My soup was cold. And she didn't give me a receipt, which is the second time. If you go back and ask for one, they act like it's an act of congress to get one for you.I won't be returning any time soon.

As if quality at this location could get any worse, I drive through today to get a salad asked for grilled chicken, and an unsweet tea. No one seems to know which tea is unsweet, one day black, today green, and then no, it’s black, only to be rushed to park in the number one slot so they can get the person behind me before I can even ask for sweet and low. Then guy walks out with the smallest salad I’ve ever seen for 10.90 and of course no chicken- sucks enough when you are diabetic and need protein and trying to get something healthy! And last but not least… Apparently there is no choice for bread or apple, so they give you bread like everyone can eat it?? Last time I will ever give this place a chance, they make McAllister‘s look like a Red Lobster! So disappointing that I can’t even eat it now! Disgusting how greedy and rushed this public serving facility has become! There is not a choice for a negative amount of stars, and I never leave reviews. This is pathetic

I am regularly disappointed at this location. Long lines in the DT (20+ min), and missing items on my order (spoon for soup, wrong sandwich, etc). I’ll stop coming here now, and hope they improve.
