Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mansfield

Popeyes always tastes great. However, when the lobby is closed, the staff should put up a sign on the door. This would prevent customers from having to walk all the way to the door only to realize they need to go back to their car for the drive-thru. It's frustrating that this isn't already considered good customer service; it really should be.

The lobby was closed, and there was no notice posted at the entrance. I decided to go through the drive-thru, but I have never been more disappointed at a restaurant. The chicken tenders were lukewarm and tough. I ordered a 5-piece meal but could only eat one. I also got a hot apple cinnamon cake, but it wasn't warm at all, and the handwritten date on the holder was 12/30. If that cake was indeed from 39 days ago, it certainly tasted like it. Popeyes, this franchise is a disgrace to your brand!

The service here is very slow. The only option available is the drive-thru, regardless of how you place your order. Unfortunately, 90% of the time, my order is incorrect, and I often end up having to reach out to the management. I find myself having to drive 10 miles to visit other Popeyes just to enjoy the food. As for parking, you're only able to park in your car since that's the only service option available.

I arrived at 9:30 yesterday and waited for her at 10. At 10:01 I went through the ride thru waited 5 minutes and always said hello. Nobody said anything. I went back and went to the door. It was locked. Why is it locked and it's after 10 o'clock. So I waited for two other cars to go through. I'm back. She said it was 15 minutes. Okay, cool. I waited 30 minutes for the old tiny wings. So I came out to complain got 1 chest in replacement when I asked if I could have 2. I look at the lady, choose larger wings and chest to give me a smaller chest. I paid for three pieces of white. So a chest and a wing cost the same. Then my cinnamon tastes apple cake bad. Never.

Absolutely no customer service skills taking order at drive thru from employee. Then a different employee taking money could only tell me the amount of my order, nothing else was ever said. Gave me my change wadded up, handed me a sack without a word. Food was over cooked and a waste of my wadded up money. I will never ever buy anything at this location. No wonder I hardly see anyone here everytime I drive by. Should have heeded the warning.
