Smoothie King - Mansfield

I come here every day after my training. I always feel refreshed and the staff are super nice. I love the stomach calf!!

This place sucked, first the person who took the order was rude. Second, 3 of the 4 smoothies tasted so bad that it made us sick to our stomach, This is probably the worst smoothie king I was.

The charming menu item tasted like water!!!! Why?!!! I tried to get a replacement, but unfortunately, no one answered. I am requesting a refund or a replacement as I could not even finish it.

Customer service is now amazing that they are under new management. I needed something to help me feel better after a case of food poisoning. Michelle, the General Manager, recommended the perfect smoothie and explained why his specific ingredients would help. She even went so far that I was satisfied with the taste before I left. Very pleasant experience I will come back.

I’m assuming she was a manager… I came to this location as soon they opened and I was told by her that only drive tru was open which I didn’t mind. I placed my order and a car was in front of mine so I’d have to wait. When I reached the window she handed me my smoothie and free of charge! I forgot to ask her name but if she sees my review she will know it was me, thank you so much.
