Wendy's - Mansfield

We only ordered a drink. I handed the cashier a $20 bill and requested change so we could get smaller bills back. A coworker had to prompt the cashier to turn around to assist us. In the end, she didn't return all our change and shorted us a dollar. The only response we got from her was laughter. Service: 1/5.

The food is always ready in just a few minutes, and the quality is excellent.

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The employees do not follow proper food safety procedures, and when I brought this to the manager's attention, she didn't instruct the employee to wash his hands or put on gloves. This location really needs retraining on food safety and handwashing protocols. Food rating: 1/5.

Mold spores on food:Ordered Wendy's through UberEats on the night of Saturday 7/8/23. The food was delivered and when I unpackaged the food, I found mold spores on the bottom bun of my Classic Chicken sandwich. I cannot understand how anyone in the kitchen could have missed it. I took pictures as well. I sent in a complaint to corporate and was refunded for my meal a few days later.The support I received was fairly quick but still not an excuse for mold spores on food. Truly disappointed.
