Here's EPIC! My goodness the choice to cook right away or to save for later is spirit blowing. I've known the owners for years and they're so brilliant! The staff is incredible and the food is absolutely always delicious. I love the Boudin varieties. I recommend this meat shop for your Class A selection to adjust the taste of your company.

I had a fantastic dining experience! My favorite dishes were the cancer cake and jalapeño cheese balls. I was also pleased to discover a low-carb boudin. Can't wait to visit Texas again!
