Diary Queen -  Maple,

This DQ location was the worst I've ever experienced. The customer service was terrible, with cashiers who seemed to have no knowledge of the products offered. When another employee tried to assist, I was only met with more confusion about the offers on the app. After complaining to the company, I received a call from someone named Kenny from Maple DQ, who started the conversation with a strange statement about getting my "page of history." Sorry Kenny, I am not your coworker and have no idea what you're talking about. The overall management and customer service at this location leave much to be desired. Next time I want vanilla ice cream in a cup, I'll go to McDonald's where the staff is polite and always smiling.

Baskin robbins win! the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dairy queen! do not go to this place! I went in and was just a person in the line. I have eaten and ordered two bloomings. the birthday party of my daughter is...tomorrow, so I asked if I could have 15-20 gift cards of $5 each. the young man said that I am sorry that they have to be pre-ordered because when we are busy it is too difficult. I said ok well, there is no one behind me, so they can start and do as many as possible before the next customer comes? . He reacted yes I think I can, hold on them, I need to ask the manager. After asking the manager, he came back to me and said that unfortunately they must be pre-ordered. So I reacted in order, I want to order her now, can I come back today to pick her up? . he said okay, but I don't know when they were ready, we'd have to call you. I said no problem. he went back to his manager and when he came back to me, he said I'm sorry they were not ready until tomorrow. what really disturbed me was that there was absolutely no one behind me in the line and they seemed not to want the business at all! 15-20 children and their families come with their gift cards and with the high chances of them spend more than $5 during their visit, nope they don't care. I answered, no problem, I will give baskin robbins the business instead. I immediately called the baskin robbins the closest and asked them how much notice they would need for me to have made 15-20 $5 gift cards?” the person replied, they do not have to preorder, they come in and we can do it immediately for them! I went right there and had no problems, and they were actually quite busy! big customer service baskin robbins (dufferin and major mackenzie)! epic fail for her milk queen maple (keele and rutherford). you should be ashamed!

All they would expect when they go to dq to get some cool tasty. I find the price to be a bit much when I treat friends and family, that's all. total good experience.

I must say, the Oreo Blizzard has become a classic at this restaurant. The burger and the fries are also very delicious.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. I tried the strawberry flavor with cheese cake and it was very tasty. I just wish there were more strawberries mixed in. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.
