Chipotle Mexican Grill - Maplewood

I discovered a sausage wrapper in my food and contacted Chipotle to report the issue. I provided them with images of both the wrapper and the dish, and requested the recipe. However, I never received a response from anyone at the corporate office. It seems that their only concern is what they can sell!

The last few times I ordered online, they have my order completely wrong! I asked for a bowl and they gave me a burrito. it even says bowl on the sticker! they even made the ingredients wrong! I never come back to this chipotle! food: 1/5

I stopped in for lunch, when it was my turn I informed the guy working that I have a gluten allergy, he immediately went to wash his hands and change gloves. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff today!Food: 5/5

The food was delicious, but I had to ask multiple times for enough seasoning and cheese to be added to both dishes. For the second bowl, I requested that it be separated so my partner could heat it up when he got home after midnight. They even tried to charge me for any condiments, even though they should have been included with the bowl. When I attempted to explain this, the guy at the register was rude to me. Additionally, I had to ask for a double portion for my partner's bowl because they put so little in it initially, and even that second portion was small. Thankfully, the food was good.

Overall, we had a positive experience with fresh, delicious food and friendly service. The only downside was that all the tables were dirty, so we had to clean one before we could eat. Food rating: 5/5.
