The Westin St. Louis - Mar del plata

Nice hotel however they still haven’t processed our payment from 2 weeks ago and they are now charging my card for more funds when they still owe me over $100 from the deposit. I have called several times and still getting the run around, I personally would never stay at one of their hotels again. Then they have the nerve to charge a tourist tax, no body is there to look around that dirty city and get shot. Someone was shooting right across the street the first night we were there. Terrible experience all around

Went for the cubs and cards weekend series. SOME of the staff are amazing, We are Marriott Bonvoy members which mean more benefits. Like private club and complimentary wifi. The club should be maintained for members. That didn't happen. So very bed experience their. Don't recommend Westin if you are a club member) Breakfast buffet $22)was an absolute bust..Opens at 7am..no food at 7am. 7:10 incomplete buffet. So not worth the Money or time. Bar staff!!!! Rocked! Valet staff!! Rocked! Restaurant staff need retraining or someone who cares about the job. Front desk staff! Some helpful Do I recommend Westin in St. Louis. My opinion shouldn't matter. Just giving you my experience.

Nice hotel by the stadium. Parkind is damn expensive!

Location is very good...service is quite bad and rooms are not well maintained. I had requested for a quiet room and apparently the best room was the one facing the main road with traffic through the night and with almost zero noise insulation. Upon complaining was offered drinks voucher as compensation !!

I stayed here while driving from Cali to Ohio, using my chase rewards points. I had a car top carrier and my car full of my belongings. I read that there was secure parking. Once I arrived, the parking lot was “ fenced “ but had several open areas for guests to come in and out of. There were several homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks right by the entrances. I didn’t go with my gut and I went ahead and parked. There was a lady sitting in the booth in the lot. She gave me a sign to put in my window. I went in the hotel. They asked me for a card for incidentals. I gave them one. The room was mediocre and outdated. I had a weird gut feeling about the whole situation but It was in the middle of the night and I was exhausted. The next morning I go out to my car luckily my car was still intact. But the “ security guard” in the booth was sound asleep. Fast forward to today. I called them because I saw three charges on my credit card. One pending for $100 and two that had posted. One for $42 and one for $130. They informed me that parking was $40 a night. So that was the $42 charge. That was nowhere on any of the reviews I had read. So BEWARE of that. And they just randomly charged me for the price of the room even though I already paid for the room with my chase rewards points. If you don’t want a headache and be charged a crazy amount to park at a hotel that you already paid for I would NOT Stay here. I am super disappointed that I wasted my paints on this particular hotel!
