As for the food, the Banana Shake was enjoyable, but the Pancit Guisado was overly salty, and the Chicken Satay was undercooked, with blood still present. The rice was somewhat dry, and the chicken curry was quite bland, resembling soup more than a flavorful dish. Overall, Sarabi Cucina and Café did not meet my standards as a food enthusiast. The menu is overly extensive, leading to the unavailability of various items. Additionally, the prices are too high for the MSUan student population. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. I hope the management addresses these issues, and I look forward to experiencing better service in the future, if I decide to return.
The ambiance and food were good, but the customer service was very poor. At first, while waiting for our order, they served us water, and when I went to drink, I noticed there was lipstick on the glass, so I had to ask for a replacement. When our food was served, they forgot our drinks, and despite our repeated requests for an update, we still had nothing to drink. We told them we had nothing to drink and that we were going to choke, but it seemed like the waitstaff didn’t care. We took our time eating, but still, no drinks arrived, and when we asked another server if we might choke because even the water had run out, they eventually came over and suggested serving us juice instead, to which we agreed. We waited, but nothing came even after we finished our meal. Ultimately, we decided to leave, and they didn’t seem to care; they saw us leaving and didn’t apologize at all. For now, I give them a 1/5 rating because no matter how tasty the food is, if you’re going to choke, it’s not worth it. It felt like the staff just didn’t care.
The pasta is super delicious, and the chocolate moist cake is amazing!
This restaurant is one of the top choices at MSU Marawi, situated in the commercial center. Parking can be a bit challenging in this busy area. The food is mostly great, with their standout dishes being the Sarabi pizza and beef randang. They also have a meeting space that can accommodate small groups. Note that cooking can take some time, so it's advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes early. They offer free Wi-Fi, but it tends to be slow.
