What a finesse, what a delight and what a treat. The Coulisses bears his name wonderfully, because everything prepares behind the scenes. Hat to the cooks and all those who operate in the kitchen.Fortunately that chefs like them do not all leave on Paris or other major cities. This allows us to enjoy an excellent prepared kitchen, which awakens all taste buds. The rice has Chinese ink, uh has seiche ink adds a particular touch. I obviously don't forget the staff, waitresses and waitress... who welcome you with a big smile, friendliness and patience.
