Pizza was good confusing because she also calls this place tony but there is also a tony in marco, and nothing outside the place says tonys it says napoli is simply fyi when you put on doordash.

Pizza was great, but what makes Napoli on the Bay 5 stars is Frank! Every restaurant owner needs someone like Frank to lead operations and service at their restaurant. From his service to his conversation, Frank and the crew were great!

I ordered a pizza from Napoli on the Bay (Marco Island location) on Grubhub, and it went through the motions on the tracker of being prepared, and was supposed to be out for delivery. I never received it, despite being charged. After waiting 40 minutes from the time it was supposed to arrive, I called. The number provided through Grubhub went to someone’s cell phone, but they must work there or own the joint, because he text me the restaurant number. Once I actually spoke to the restaurant representative, they said they never received my order. I told him I was already charged and asked him to double check, and he got really defensive and interrupted me like I was inconveniencing him. I understand that sometimes something goes wrong on Grubhub’s end (as he was gruffly insisting), but that doesn’t make it okay to take it out on a loyal customer. Ended up canceling my order through GrubHub, and likely won’t be returning to Napoli as a local considering how I was spoken to.

Cockroach in box they delivered! What is even worse, I ate two bites before I noticed it.

Just got a delivery from their driver. Was eating my second bit of my Stromboli when I noticed a cockroach in the box! Stay away if you value your health!
