Domino's Pizza - Marelly's

On vacation at a hotel, we ordered through the app and were disappointed. It said that the pizza would be delivered in 47-57 minutes. An hour later, I got a text that my delivery person was pulling up and to be ready. 15 minutes later we were scratching our heads trying to figure out where he went, if he delivered it to the wrong room, if the front desk had it, etc. We ended up calling the restaurant and they said the app must be wrong and that they are almost there. He also said he has no control over the app notifications. Shortly after, we get a text saying that they were in the lobby and not able to bring it to the room (which is fine), but the the issue was, we were in the lobby and no delivery person was there. Finally, we got the pizza that was clearly not fresh. Awesome. An hour and half for old pizza, confusion and frustration.

Very good pizza, and very good service. It was fast and pleasant. The taste of the pizza was delicious.
