The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional, however, the supervisor's unprofessional behavior towards the employees in front of customers was the only downside.

I have attempted to dine at this restaurant twice, only to be told that the drive-thru was the only option for ordering. While this may seem like a small inconvenience, it actually presents a larger issue for service workers who drive company vehicles with ladder racks that do not fit under the drive-thru height limit. Many companies have policies against using company vehicles in drive-thrus due to liability reasons. Ultimately, it boils down to a matter of principle - if the restaurant's lobby hours are advertised, then the lobby should be open during those times.
