Justin, I understand that math can sometimes be tricky, but it shouldn't be too complicated. Don’t get me wrong; we love Domino's pizza, and it’s just disappointing to have this experience, especially coming from the manager. On top of that, we still haven't received any compensation for the damaged pizza. Thank you, Justin.
The pizza often comes with toppings that are not well-distributed and in insufficient quantities. Additionally, the delivery is consistently late. This is the worst Domino's location in the area. The staff seems to have received inadequate training, and the owner appears indifferent to the issues. Overall, the performance of most employees is below standard.
The online ordering process was simple, but when I arrived to pick up my food, it hadn't even been prepared. Thanks for ruining my lunch break!
I have to say, I 've order pizza from several different franchises in my life and, for the most part, have had fairly good experiences. But no experience has top the one I encountered when I ordered from this Domino 's location. I placed the call to this store and was greeted by an employee by the name of Emily. Her tone was very inviting and made me feel as if I was a valued customer even before placing my pick-up order. I wasn 't too sure what I was in the mood to eat, but Emily, in great detail, went over every promotion that was fitting for the amount of people I was trying to fed. She even went out of her way to let me know about the desert option they had available, as well. I placed my order and headed over to the store to pick it up. As I approached the store, an employee was there and open the door for me, greeting me with a very welcoming, Hello, welcome to Domino 's. The lobby area was very inviting and, to my surprise, very clean. That shows they pay attention to detail and actually care about the appearance of their store. I got to the counter and Emily, the young lady who took my order over the phone, was there and asked if I was there to pick up or place an order. When I gave her my name, she remember who I was, seeing that I placed the order 30 minutes prior and had my food ready to go. I took a glance at the workers behind her and the few people there were locked into whatever task they were doing. Very professional atmosphere. I paid and was sent off with a Thank you for choosing Domino 's. Have a great rest of your evening, sir. If anyone in the Margate area is in the mood for some pizza and want great customer service to go along with it, you can 't go wrong with this store. I will never order from another place for as long as I 'm living here.
I called to confirm my order, and when a woman answered, I tried to request an adjustment. Instead of being helpful, she became defensive and started yelling at me while I was just trying to cooperate. If I didn’t value your business, I would have gone there in person to address this myself. Honestly, I hope she faces consequences for her behavior. She came across as a frustrated person taking her stress out on me. If she spoke to someone I care about the way she spoke to me, I would ensure her behavior was addressed in my next interaction with your establishment. I called on July 31, 2022, at 12:40 PM. If the manager reads this, I encourage them to reconsider the staff member's position.
