Dunkin' - Margate

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There was no warning about the long wait time, and I waited 20 minutes for my bagel. In the end, they gave me the wrong sandwich. Other customers were also complaining about the slow service. What a disappointing way to start the day!

I specifically asked for a large cup filled with ice, not even any water. They charged me $3.50 while they all smiled as if they were busy. They mentioned that I would have to pay for the cup, but if I had returned it, they would have just thrown it away anyway. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. We waited almost an hour for our drinks, only to find out that the server had forgotten our order. The employees had a really bad attitude towards us as customers. I definitely won't be returning. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

I tried to command you because I'm 16 hours. the young lady behind the counter refused to be disordered and said only coffee. I didn't know they could refuse to treat orders when it's on the menu. I want to find something else. thank you for the happiness
