Dunkin' - Margate

The service is terrible, there is never what I want today was the last time I go to this store. It is the worst

This Dunkin is amazing/consistent. Very fast service. The Dunkin in Winn Dixie plaza on sample is a nightmare compared to how smooth this is. I come here everyday now

Unbelievable... this is the third order they mess up. The frozen Mocha Coffee taste like melted ice and milk. Disgusting. This place better shape up because it's been an ongoing crapshow. We work in the same plaza and this is the last time we order ourcompany breakfast through them. Sch disappointment

I ordered 3 regular and 2 midnight k cup packs via the app. I get there to pick it up and after a couple minutes someone comes to the window and says yes? To which I respond, hello?!! And she said, oh, hello. So, the visit started off badly andprogressed from there. I told her I was here to pick up my mobile order and she went to get it. She comes back and says she hasno midnight what do I want to do? She offered other choices but I didn 't want them so I asked for money back. She said shedidn 't know how to do that and told me to cancel the order. I explained that there was no option on the app to do that. She alsolooked and didn 't see how to cancel the order. Since we were at an impasse I took French vanilla because there were no moreregular k cups. I had stopped my daily visits of going to dunkin because the customer service is so poor, but this was areminder to stay away.

Worst experience at DD ever. I was waiting at the counter for a couple minutes before I was helped while people were just walking around. There was an employee that was working and had their underwear exposed. Once I was helped the lady gave me anattitude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just all around a terrible experience and will not be going back thereagain.
