Spanky's Cheesesteak Wings Factory

I had a craving for a Philly cheesesteak, and this place really delivered! It was fantastic—loaded with steak, peppers, and onions, and you can add extra toppings if you like. I opted for the standard version, which had just the right amount of cheese. The restaurant has an older vibe, so the decor isn't the fanciest, but it's clean, and the woman at the counter was very welcoming and helpful. They can get quite busy, so be prepared for a little wait. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever that craving hits again! Let’s be honest, it's more like "when" than "if"!

Wow, so I just tried Spankys for the first time. I was in there with another customer that said he drives from Dade to get spankys. He told me I’d be back today. I had to go back to work in Pembroke Pines but if I could make it back today I would. Just about the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, the bread was so soft, and the steak was to die for. There’s so many other options on their menu that I want to try as well. My wife loves a good cheesesteak. I will be back very soon with my family to dine in, have a few beers and some amazing food. Can’t wait to try more of the food, I’m definitely coming for the tots smothered in gravy,,Exceptional quick service and the friendliest staff that makes you feel welcomed. Wow!!!!!! So I had to add to this review. I just visited Spankys for the second time. I love a good fish sandwich and I love gravy. I ordered the fish sandwich and gravy cheese tots, OH MY GOD THIS WAS THE BEST FISH SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! I SWEAR. That sandwich brought a tear to my eye it was so good, and the gravy tots, they ate like comfort food. Spankys is officially now, my home away from home.

I visited this restaurant tonight because I had heard wonderful things about it. Sadly, my experience with the server was excellent, but the food was quite disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Philly, which looked fantastic in pictures and on the menu. Unfortunately, once I opened my container, I was immediately let down. I've never encountered a cold Philly sandwich before. I was excited to dig into my meal in the parking lot, but as soon as I took a bite, I realized the sandwich was cold, and the cheese was flimsy, barely starting to melt. When I checked the temperature by touching it, I found it was cold to the touch. The chicken resembled pulled rotisserie chicken and was also cold. It felt like they were using pre-cooked chicken breasts that were merely reheated, and the flavor reminded me of leftover seasoning. I don’t want this experience to tarnish my view of the restaurant entirely, as I did notice they were consistently busy during my time there. However, I must say that the Chicken Philly didn’t hit the mark; it was very bland, with most of the flavor coming from the bacon and tomatoes. On a positive note, the fries were quite good.

I was genuinely surprised! The wings here are some of the best I've had in a long time, and I absolutely love the Margate flavor! The cheesesteaks might even be better than the ones we had last time in Philly! Our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; I even asked if she owned the restaurant, but she just said she was a happy employee! We will definitely be coming back!

Super awesome service and food! This place is a local gem, I will be returning frequently even though it’s quite a drive for me. Its buffalo chicken cheesesteak is amazing, it looks (and tastes) perfect. No filter or posing/lighting, it’s just that perfect. Their Margate buffalo sauce was great, just the right level of spicy for my sandwich. Their fries were also great, overall a perfect meal. I’m coming back to try the rest of the menu, it’s amazing and affordable. 10/10
