Írjon visszajelzéstSo I order my food through the Uber Eats app. And you can see by my choice what I bought. They specify that it comes with rice, plantains and sauce. So I bought my food and put it the notes that I don 't want it fried I want it in sauce instead. When my food got here, it wasn 't what I ordered. When I call the restaurant the guy tells me the $10 plate do the come with rice..I 'm Haitian and been to so many Haitian restaurant I never heard chicken simple costing $10. To drive my point..he has two different price chicken on the menu. One at $6 and another at $10. One says it comes with rice the cheapest one doesn 't say. So he is telling me he changed the menu..and I told him not my problem because he should of updated his menu on Uber, if he so called change the menu. So I just wasted $15 on the opposite of what I wanted to eat and get bad customer service. This is not the first time the 've done this. Last time they forgot my drink I paid for with my order. I Chuck it up to them being busy..things happen. But today the 've shown me that they incompetent ignorant in the world of business and marketing. The food is not even that good but people go there for the simple convenience of it being near.
It's ok. The food it's ok. One of the food was salty but I managed but from all the other Haitian places it needs work
The food was decent, but the service could use some improvement. The salad dressing was barely a drop, and the pickles were equally tiny. I won’t be returning.
The food was exceptional! We started with mussels in a creamy tomato sauce for our appetizers.
The worst Haitian food experience I've ever encountered. I ordered through Uber Eats, and everything in my order was incorrect. It felt like they were more focused on getting the food ready quickly for the delivery driver rather than ensuring it matched what I ordered. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. The food lacked flavor and was a complete waste of money. I'm requesting a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant; if you do, make sure to go there in person to verify your order.
