Albergo Baitock - Margno

Every time I come back to Margno I spend a day in Pian delle Betulle and stop in this restaurant for lunch. Best polenta dishes ever! Don’t forget to try the one with Cheese and Mushrooms: my favourite!

We enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch at ristorante baitok! Our Easter lunch started with a great Appetizer which included among others a very tasty lardo. The starter that followed was a mix of 2 dishes which gave us the opportunity to taste a bit of everything, pasta with lingua on the one side and a nice asaparagus dish on the other side. As a the main dish they served a capretto with potatos which was not only very tender but also very tasty. We finally finished our Easter lunch with some homemade gelato, the fiordelatte is fantastic. All in all a perfect Easter lunch based on local dishes, fresh ingredients and nice decoration. I would definitely come back!
