I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Jaden and Paul. The food was prepared fresh to order, ensuring a delicious meal. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The manager and staff offered excellent service in the dining room. This place is a must-visit! It’s impressive without being overwhelming!

This restaurant faced significant challenges in retaining staff for some time, which impacted this location. However, I've noticed a notable improvement over the past few months, and the service has greatly enhanced. The team here is fantastic! The food has also been excellent. Thank you for all your hard work!

I visited this location this morning and made sure to arrive when they opened for fresh and hot food. After a lengthy 10-15 minute discussion with the drive-thru cashier about my order, I finally received my meal. However, when I got home and started eating, I discovered that the fish was undercooked halfway through! I tried calling the restaurant but couldn’t get through. Since this was the only meal I consumed today, I'm now dealing with the possibility of Salmonella, which could lead to C. diff, so I need to report this to the health department. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I have decided to stop eating at Captain D's for good.

Second time visiting in the past 3 weeks and got another cold 4 piece fish. The last time I got cold food, I was met with resistance from the manager and it took the cashier 10 minutes to count out the $11 that was owed to me. Hopefully there will be a change in place where customers can get hot food, especially, like in my case, there was no one in front of me to blame the cold food on. Please do better. I wish I could do zero stars

I didn't even stay to order. There was NO ONE taking orders at the counter. People were waiting at the counter and at the window. I was asked twice by the same person if my order had been taken and TWICE she walked to the back to do whatever. The woman in front of me said she had been there 20 minutes. It's almost 6pm on Friday. Looks like a good place to open a restaurant.
