Írjon visszajelzéstI felt compelled to rate this Wendy's location on the app before asking a question to the other customers, so I gave the Wendy's on Roswell Road a solid 4 stars. We just moved to the area, and I really enjoy Wendy's, especially their burgers and chili! My question is: can I walk inside to place a takeout order? Wendy's is offering Singles for just $1 each during March, but I’d rather not wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Is it possible to go inside and order a $1 Single along with about $35 worth of other food, or will I be expected to use the drive-thru?
I had an excellent experience with the customer service, and the food was wonderful. I will definitely return!
I’ve also stopped ordering a large Minute Maid Cherry Limeade with no ice because they consistently get it wrong. Just a few days ago, they gave me a cup of ice cream instead. When I pointed out the mistake and returned the cup, they asked me to raise my voice to communicate! When I finally did, a manager appeared three minutes later to inform me they were out of the drink. Today, I decided to ask an employee to check if they had the drink in stock before I paid. He claimed he remembered me but hesitated before checking. When he returned, he said they had it. I reminded him it was supposed to be without ice, and he assured me everything was good to go. However, when I got my drink from a new manager at the window, I found that the color was right, and it was indeed without ice. As I drove to work, I opened the lid and saw bubbles, which indicated it was carbonated. I took a sip only to discover it was soda—I can’t drink soda! I called Wendy's to report the terrible service, and the manager said she remembered me. It’s amusing that they all remember, yet they can’t seem to get my order right! I’ll be getting my refund and will never return to this location again!
The food is enjoyable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The drive-thru was the only option available, and the cashier hardly spoke a word. Even the person at the drive-thru window said nothing! It was surprising, especially since we were the only customers at the time.
I encountered several issues during my visit. A female employee kept lowering her head under the Plexiglas at the drive-thru while her mask was pulled down to her chin. Additionally, the wait time was quite long, and the food I received was cold. The handmade lemonade was poorly mixed, and the soda was flat. It's clear that the night team needs to improve their service!
