When you see only Asian customers then you known it's good food.

Very rude female employees will not return low class. From Carmel I see better Noodle across the street by Grocery Outlet!

One of the best places to get pho in the central coast. I come from Santa Cruz just for Pho Lucky.

Amazing prices and great food! We ordered the large Pho Dac Biet and fresh shrimp spring rolls and both were delicious. The Pho was flavorful and came in a gigantic bowl. The shrimp rolls were fresh and had a warm peanut dipping sauce. Highly recommend stopping here for a quick lunch or dinner.

Cosy Pho shop serves a delicious, simple, no-frills menu. The roasted tofu is a must.
