Tommy's - Marina

Incredible food: everything was clean, fresh, light, and delicious. The Veggie Lo Mein and Beef Fried Rice are the best I've ever tasted (and we usually have a lot of Chinese food). The owners are also wonderful (this was my first time meeting them). The man works in the kitchen while the woman manages the front, and that’s all there is to it. The food was served piping hot. Nothing tasted canned or frozen. She mentioned they work until 2:00 AM. I'm so grateful for these folks. So delicious!

Cozy, local, hidden, and inviting, this little spot is a perfect illustration of what it means to enjoy local and delicious food. At first glance, one might assume that a wide variety of dishes on the menu could lead to a lack of focus, but that's not the case here. The skilled chef in the kitchen knows just what to do. The portion sizes are generous for the price, the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully sourced, and I truly hope this newly opened establishment will become a long-lasting fixture in Marina.

You definitely owe it to yourself to dine here. Oh my gosh! Be sure to check out the wall showcasing pictures of the chef, Stephen Lo. His background is truly impressive. Annie is eager to welcome you back, especially if you're a returning guest—she won't let you down. I tried the hot beef sandwich, and the bread was a delightful change from the usual white bread slices; it complemented the beef wonderfully.

Good service, friendly. Had the Szechuan cattle comb with roasted rice. Really good taste on delicate beef, vegetables fresh and perfectly cooked. It should be extra sharp, it was mild for me. Every guest of the party was satisfied with the food they ate. Chicken curry, hamburgers, Szechuan shrimps, spaghetti, potstickers. The appetizers were all good, Calamari with a simple salt and pepper seasoning was really good. In addition to the canton chips and the roasted vegetable range. Clean out and inside. Hot in the building. Has 3 compact parking spaces on the back and handicap parking. Many safe parking spaces in front of the building. I'd come here and often.

Good variety of food not just Chinese. Always great food and service.
