618 Tap House - Marion

I’m a regular here I come here basically every Wednesday and Thursday and I always get the patty melt. It’s so good and seasoned to perfection and I always get the waitress that’s short with dark hair I forgot her name but she’s always good and knows my order right away since I’m a regular here. The food is always great here and I highly recommend it. The owner of this place is very respectful to and is doing a great job with this place. Btw you guys should get chicken tenders as a appetizer or entree but if you guys can’t I understand. Overall this place has great bar food and service and I always like watching the sports channels.

It’s got a lot of different beers on tap. A Tuesday night about 6:30pm, not too busy, quick friendly service, burgers are what you expect at a bar. Sweet potato fries were very crispy. It’s kind of a sports bar, playing background blues when we visited. I would go again for the beer.

Stopped after local craft show. Full crowd, long bar and nice menu. Had the Revu stout …delicious and patty melt with buffalo sweet potato fries…my oh my…glad I split with my hubby! Willdefinitely stop back they have daily specials!!?

Have been coming here since they opened, has gradually gone downhill since then. Today our “waitress” was barely around to help us. She actually asked us if we were good and walking past, never actually stopped. Beer is definitely not cold enough either unfortunately.Food: 4/5

I had been wanting to check out 618 for some time. It's one of a few restaurants that I hadn't been to. Immediately walking in, the room felt like a clean bar room. I went around 5 pm, so the place was full, but relatively quiet, aside from the overhead music. We were apart immediately met by our waitress after seating ourselves and given a menu. The menu was small, but sometimes I like fewer options, as long as there's plenty of diversity (which there was). I ordered the 618 Burger with a side of Taphouse Chips, which are basically homemade potato chips covered in a delicious sauce and shredded cheese. The bun was fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Overall, I do recommend this as a place to eat, but it won't go down as a favorite because it just felt like something was missing I just can't put my finger on what it is. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the service was good, and the food was great.
