Horrible....they employees don't care what they serve you...fries were hours and hours old and my blizzard mine as well had been a melted smoothie. Not to mention the prices for that trash. Unacceptable!

Went in for some flavor of cheesecake blizzard, got it with 2 chunks of cheesecake.... disappointed...the cashier was in the phone fighting with boyfriend, lobby was filthy. She was bothered by my presence.. I wouldn't recommend this place toanyone...at all until it has a complete overhaul

When I opened it, I was horrified to find it was essentially just milk. I was so upset that I almost cried. Don’t mess with a girl’s ice cream! I can safely say I will never pay for overpriced milk again. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Fast food just isn't what it used to be.

My experience at the restaurant has been disappointing. On Wednesday, I attempted to order a cake, but the staff seemed quite confused and only managed to process one order at a time, even though there were three people working in the drive-thru. When I went to pick it up at 10 a.m. today, things didn’t improve. The staff walked past me without inquiring if I needed assistance. Eventually, I caught the attention of someone who was cooking, but she told me I couldn’t be helped because the manager wasn’t there. It was frustrating because they claim to open at 10 a.m., but it feels like they really aren't ready for customers at that time.

This restaurant frequently runs out of bananas for their banana splits and charges the same price for their brownie items, which is disappointing. However, Johnston City is fantastic; they add pecans to their desserts, serve generous portions, offer better customer service, and stay open later. Additionally, it’s frustrating when they serve ice cream but make customers wait in their cars for food, causing the ice cream to melt.
