Terrible customer service. Very slow (fast food) restaurant. Sat in line for 45 minutes . The workers were just in the back talking. Horrible place to order from .

I went in the drive thru because I needed to get a fork for my food... didn't feel like getting out. I got to the window at 9:24pm... Manager looking lady and all other staff walked by the window, looked right at me, and kept walking by... I'm still at the window. It's now 9:35. All of the staff is out in the lobby area somewhere except one guy in the back cleaning. There are now cars behind me. NO ONE has come to the window at all... I HOPE someone in charge sees this.

Honestly not sure how to comment but they were out of chicken nuggets and also tenders the strangest encounter I’ve ever had l. The staff was rude and honestly just seemed to care less about this

They have the worst employees especially that ugly tired looking stud that's works there just rude and unprofessional. It's sad you are 40 plus and don't have basic manners and they don't clean up there trash all on the floor. Throw the whole popeyes away!!!
