Carbon Bar andGrill - Markham

Upon entering, you immediately get the vibe of a cozy neighborhood bar. Although there aren't many tables, the waitress is friendly and the service is quick. We ordered the fish and chips, which was tasty. While it may not be a fancy establishment, the locals are welcoming and the waitress is continuously cheerful. Originally searching for Granny's restaurant, we discovered it has been rebranded as Carbon Bar and Grill with new ownership. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It can be difficult to find a late-night spot to grab a delicious meal, but this place is a gem. While it may not be fancy, the menu is fun and the prices are reasonable. I absolutely adore their Fish and Chips, especially when paired with their freshly-made fries. Highly recommended!

We reserved for 20, but only half came, yet we were treated like royalty. The food was served promptly, and the server was happy in her job. We sat in the patio with gazebo and found it delightful. There was a simple menu, grill food, but it was cooked exactly right and served hot.
