Five Guys - Markham

I first visited around six months ago, and it has quickly become my favorite burger place. Five Guys really separates itself from the competition.

I visited during a peak time, but I was pleasantly surprised to place, customize, and enjoy my order in under 10 minutes. The cheeseburger was fantastic, and I really appreciated the A1 sauce. The toppings were fresh, too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

There is plenty of free parking available right outside the restaurant, as well as curbside parking on the street.

I placed a large online order, and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time given the size of the order. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, I felt it was worth it. They don’t offer combo meals, so you'll need to purchase each item separately, which increases the overall cost. The burgers were outstanding, and I really appreciated the wide range of topping options available. The fries were excellent as well—crispy and cooked to perfection, and they even included an extra handful outside of the container. I highly recommend trying the Cajun fries; their seasoning complements the fries beautifully!

We went to this restaurant for lunch with our two grandsons. One of them ordered the little burger, which was just the right size for him. The other, however, insisted on getting the regular size, and it turned out to be too much for him. I opted for the cheeseburger with bacon and all the toppings, and it was amazing. Plus, we got some complimentary peanuts, which was a nice touch. Five Guys is definitely the go-to spot for burgers!
