The girl opened today got bare attitudes. No greetings, just standing at the cash register. I told her my order and she goes, “oh we don’t have any teas yet. We just opened.” So they didn’t prepare teas early for opening and still got the audacity to give people attitude amazes me.

I ordered Hokkaido milk tea tug grass jelly specially requested less sweet. It tasted so sweet and the jelly is one big piece that I cannot eat through straw at all. I request échange and they refused

Bought the two for ten dollar drinks. No ice option NOT available. We were forced to have 75% ice. Even before the ice melted, the drink itself was very watered down with VERY little tea taste. We are very disappointed since Ten Ren was known to having high quality tea leaves. The service and attitude also was not good.

Very good customer service. They were very helpful in helping me choose my drink. I would love to come again
