The restaurant employs inexperienced and indifferent young staff. The cashier handles money and food without washing their hands in between. I will not be returning to this establishment. Regrettably, I only noticed this after placing my order.

The owner of this franchise has severely damaged the brand. I ordered beef kebabs with rice, potatoes, and salad, but the kebabs were overcooked and burnt. My husband got the chicken skewers, which were also reheated and burnt. The garlic butter and hummus lacked flavor, and the potatoes were overdone. The bean salad had an excessive amount of cumin. It was a terrible experience with no one available to address our concerns. If this subpar food quality continues, it will drive customers away and ultimately lead to the restaurant's closure. It's disappointing that they prioritize cost-cutting over food quality, as this will result in fewer repeat customers compared to other vendors in the mall's food court.

Just alright at best I'm not sure why food court has to be the same as mediocre. This was a mediocre shawarma. Most of it was overcooked and not much flavor. There are times your eating just the filling items. I bought the meal but I'm not sure I would rush back again.
