Royal Farms - Marlton

I stop here a few times a week to use the rest room , today I was hungry so I grabbed a early dinner. Sad to say my chicken tasted old and the middle of my mac cheese was cold. Disappointing but it's a very clean , neat location. If I ever get food again, hopefully its fresh.

The manager Justin was very helpful. my boyfriend and i were short a few dollars for food and was very nice about it. we had offered for him to hold our food and we would come back with a few extra dollars to pay fully for our stuff but he said no and gave us a coupon so were able to bring our price down. definitely going to continue going to this royal farms(:

My first time visiting a royals farms, had amazing customer service the two ladies working were very helpful with helping place orders and working the coffee machines. I noticed the ladies were the only ones there. Food was delicious and made fresh for my order. Bathrooms were dirty and toilets were left dirty. But other than that my visit and experience was great. I look forward to visiting again on another trip through town.

I was going to give this store 4 out of 5 stars but the more I reflected upon Royal Farms the more I realized how much Royal Farms had become a part of me. The $7.77 bundle box is my new go to comfort food and the chicken is so good that me and my estranged brother from California bonded over it. When he visited from his home of CA I introduced him to royal farms chicken and he went back two more times that week. Every employee there has treated me well and I would recommend this RoFo every single time.

I ordered a 5 pc chicken tender meal. The chicken was old and dried out, the employee behind the counter should have removed the old chicken and replaced it with fresh chicken, instead she was too worried about how much time her coworker spent in the bathroom. I ended up having to throw away my meal because it was unbearable. That was a waste of $15.
