Had two egg/bacon Mac muffins this morning, both were cold, and tasted like rubber! Two weeks ago I had a angus burger (take home), got home no meat in the roll! This is the 3 4 time I have been served rubbish; I told them I will not return.
Cleanliness in the dining area is lacking. The service was okay, but definitely not that memorable. A bit of character in the service team would go a long way.
