Starbucks - Marshall

Staff was nice enough but I ordered a pink drink just now and its awful. It is essentially just water, if I hadn't already driven halfway home I would go back and ask for a refund.

Bathrooms were dirty. Coffee was awful. Employees were nice and pleasant.

Ordered 2 cake pops and waited over 10 minutes. No drinks were ordered so it's not like that contributed to the wait. 3 people who did order drinks AFTER me were served before me.

If there were 0 stars they will be that. Employee did not make the coffee as ordered and when I went back to at least get the whip cream that was missing the girl just splashed my drink with it and splashed coffee all over the counter and my hand. Went to the manager who is aware of that employee and didn?t even offer to get my drink redone or give me my money back. The photo shows were the garbage of a drink ended up at. ???? they have lost a long time customer.

They got our sizes wrong when we were super patient and repeated it 3 times at the register. They had to ask if it was iced a 4th time when making them. Pretty long wait for them to be made. They got the the sizes wrong but they said they charged us for the sizes we received. We didn't get the receipt so we couldn't argue that one. One of them had a badly faulty lid that made it spill all over me. Had to walk back in, get another lid, go to the bathroom to wash up, and the lock on the bathroom didn't work. When we tried the coffee, one was overly sweet and the other plain. It was like they put double the syrup in one and none in the other. It was a waste of money.
