The food was great and as were the drinks. The host on the other hand (one with broken hand/cast) who was working yesterday afternoon was extremely rude and unprofessional. She INSISTED I take my sleeping special needs infant out of his carrier so she could take my stroller elsewhere. I explained i need his medication at hand reach 24/7 and she would not take no as an answer and proceeded to reach for my stroller without my permission. She was extremely unaccommodating and immature and made sure to ignore me when i was leaving. Great employee.
Great food and service. My only complaint is the amount of single use plastics while dining in. Also disappointed that I emailed the restaurant about this and didn't receive the courtesy of a response. Given they are located just steps from the beach, I believe they can do better without much effort or expense. Maybe they'll respond to this review.
Though the Food may be good and the view pleasant, the three star rating is due to the way we were treated. We went out early to have a couple of drinks, dinner and to play keno, and I have never felt more uncomfortable and forced out of any restaurant as we were tonight. and we were sitting at a high top on the bar side. we were told that they now have people waiting for dinner seating; harassed for payment and hovered over by at least three different people: the hostess, waitress and bus people. thanks but no thanks.
The food and restaurant used to be very good. It really is a hit or miss with which cook is working. They are busy so I guess I should cut them some slack. BUT the people who answer the phone are always so moody and even if you repeat yourself so they get it right it's a NO FAIL that you're not getting exactly what you ordered or something is missing. No one is perfect and humans make mistakes but the owners SHOULD appreciate your business and take pride in their food and customer service and not just appreciate your money in their pocket. Things are tough everywhere so they should try harder
