Aux Aromates - Martigues

On the look for a restaurant on our second evening in martigues we decided to have aux aromates. the waiter simon who asked us to come in was very friendly at this time and during our dinner. the dishes (gnocchi, veal and carpaccio were very good and I...has one of the best crème brûlée in my life.

We ordered 3 plates containing pasta. these were made after ordering paste to the finished tagliatelle. delicious! the sauce was made from cherry tomatoes, which were often grilled and then mixed with Italian pesto and garnelen. the meat plate was great,...to some calf in puff paste. fresh ingredients, all cooked after order. great.

We sat in restaurant for start. we ordered the burger, the fischritotto and the cheese salad. the service was pleasant and attentive, but the main experience was in the food. the burger was served at room temperature with frying in oil soaked. the...risk was moderately not warm enough and uneducated. the salat was a first time experience for us. the menu noticed kartoffeln, but there on the plate appeared the same oil dipped frees that came with the burger! it seems that the green leaves and salat were spoiled by the warmth of the free. everything in all was the atmosphere in order and eating was a sweat.
