Pukemanu Function Centre

I recently visited Pukemanu during my annual trip to New Zealand, and I think it was a slight improvement from last year—maybe a 1-star upgrade. This change was mainly due to the friendly and efficient service provided by Talia, while other staff members were seen eating in the background. Thank you, Talia, for enhancing my experience and for recommending the cheeseburger! I'm looking forward to your friendly service again later this year and in 2023.

We found ourselves at this restaurant after touring a few wineries, and we were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was excellent, and the staff were wonderful as well. They even had a live band playing—what a treat!

This local pub offers a great variety of beers, wines, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They serve delicious food, both in the form of bar snacks and full meals. You can enjoy live music, catch sports on TV, and even place bets at the horse racing station. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is friendly, making it a wonderful spot to unwind.

First visit here, and with a large group of people unannounced on a busy weekend, so I'm impressed with the ability of staff to cope with the influx of orders. Great food too...I had the salt pepper squid rings and they were awesome

Simple decent pub meal at a reasonable price. Staff are lovely and friendly. Good place to meet the real locals or Marty
