Írjon visszajelzéstUnless you wanna shop without a mask, your not missing out on anything. many people just stand in front of items you need like statues, some people don't know how to use self checkout, and you can half a full cart and still have to use self checkout because they have 1 lane open. its too bad Giant Eagle flooded and they never rebuilt. atleast when they had meat on sale, it was edible. I absolutely dread having to shop at any krogers anymore, but nobody really has a choice
I love the people here! Those complaining about out dated food, when I worked at Giant Eagel I ALWAYS told my customers.we are human. We make mistakes. It is a good idea to chect your utdate printed on packages just to be sure. If you find something outdated give to Department manager and we will take care of it.
First can someone please explain why a gallon of milk is $2.99 every day at this location but only $1.79-$1.89 at both other local locations ??? Doesn’t make sense Second why do ALL the sales at Kroger have to be ‘buy 5’ or ‘buy 10’????? I count and count everytime I shop yet inevitably something doesn’t ring up right or isn’t marked properly so I end up with the wrong amount of items and end up paying full price for everything. AGGRAVATING
I never have any problems except this location. This time, due to a poorly made ad some items weren 't rung up because they weren 't included in the sale. This was after looking both in the aisle and at the ad, nothing stated what was or wasn 't included from the brand. Asked that the sale be honored since it didn 't state any of that, store manager came over and pointed out what didn 't ring up for the sale price as not included . Said it should be stated somewhere, not wait to find out at the register. Refused to take care of it, had an attitude. So I told them to keep their f*cking stuff and walked out. Before we were even out the door we heard he say I have dealing with rude f*cking customers . Immediately went back in asking for the number for corporate and her name since she NEVER has a name tag on. Refused to give any of that information and said we had to leave and that she was calling the cops. Told the cops after they arrived that I threatened her, which I didn 't. Got the corporate number myself, called and filed a report. The customer service representative had to call the store himself to get her name, which he provided me. Absolutely sad that this is how a store manager handles anything. Will never give this store money again
The produce at this store is usually rotten or on the verge of being so, so they lose that business on that. Today, I was purchasing a small order of around 70. I went to the self check out, which was completely blocked by a few carts with random products (I'm guessing items waiting to be put back on the shelf) while most of the employees there are extremely helpful and friendly, today wasn't the case. This particular person stood in the way if anyone trying to get past the carts. Between today and the previous day of having to deal with the snottiness of one of the female managers ignoring customers to talk to her son (a cashier) while customers were bagging their own groceries , I will just shop at another grocery store.
