Ledo Pizza - Martinsburg

My wife and I traditionally get a pizza every birth. Recently we had our third new baby Ledo Pizza and boy it was delicious. The pizza is always delicious and although the staff was new, they were polite. I don't think it's professional to be on the phone while the customers are on site what I observed, but I have no sat down experience for many years, so I can give no less than 5 stars. I wish they had a pizza reward program. It's a good chain restaurant.

I called in 8 pizzas this morning. I arrived at the designated pick up time to find that only 5 of my 8 pizzas were ready and was told at the time of arrival that they couldn't make two of them due to lack of ingredients. I sat and waited for 15-20 mins while waiting for the other 3 pizzas. I was offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience that I did not receive. The last 3 pizzas were rushed and of poor quality. The buffalo chicken pizza barely had any buffalo on it at all. Not the ideal experience I've come to expect from Ledo's.

I?m mot really a fan of this place. My boyfriend?s family showed me this place, saying how amazing it was. The first time they ordered it was great. The second time ordered we found strand of hairs in our subs and threw them out. We haven?t ordered for months and then we order today and they mess up our order, adding in green peppers and everything I said not to add. They never give pickles anymore when I put yes for pickles online. I should not have to open each of my families? subs and check to make sure they got everything before leaving? 3 stars because at least the employees are kind

Little taste of home while traveling. Being from MD it was nice to see a Ledo's out here. Just like back home... Where we are regulars. Decore is the same and our server was on her game. Ceaser salad has that dressing I seek out. And was the perfect size. Wings were cooked through and properly sauced. Took a pizza to go for the kid and he is enjoying it at the hotel. Recommend stopping in.

The restaurant is clean, features a friendly staff, and offers one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever tasted. The menu is excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit any taste.
