Rocs - Martinsburg

I had a terrible experience at the store, but I was fortunate to encounter a wonderful employee! I went in urgently searching for something and couldn't locate it. When I asked one employee for help, she completely ignored me. Then I approached someone I thought was the manager, but it turned out to be another staff member named Sara. She was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding what I needed. She even offered to help me personally in the future if I needed anything else. I've never met such a polite and composed young person. So, Sara, if you happen to read this, thank you so much for your assistance the other day; I truly appreciate it!

I visited the restaurant for lunch today, April 10th, 2020, at noon and was really impressed with the safety procedures the staff member who prepared my food followed. He changed his gloves every time he handed food to a customer and also washed his hands before putting on fresh gloves. This employee deserves recognition for his efforts, especially considering the current situation. Well done!

If you find yourself at this Rocs local market, I highly recommend trying the Hillbilly Breakfast Sandwich. I've never encountered anything quite like it before, and it has completely transformed my perspective on breakfast.

Inside, you'll find clean restrooms, as well as delicious made-to-order sandwiches, subs, and full-course meals. The beverage selection is extensive, featuring everything from alcohol to hot coffee and chocolate. There's also free parking available, along with a variety of snacks and candies. It's a convenient market overall.

I often go there for lunch, and the food is consistently excellent. I really love their BBQ ribs, though they are only available on weekends now. I've also had breakfast there before and enjoyed a delicious bacon and egg sandwich. The staff is always nice and friendly as well.
