Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Every time I have been to the Maryborough McDonalds within the last 12 months I have NEVER been able to get a thick shake at anytime of the day

After traveling for several days, I was in search of a reliable option, so it made sense to stop at McDonald's. The restaurant is situated on a bustling corner, although the drive-through setup was a bit awkward. The staff provided friendly customer service. My Big Mac actually looked like the one in the pictures, but unfortunately, the Coke I ordered tasted off and was quite unpleasant. Despite this, overall it was just another typical McDonald's experience, with the chain delivering on its reputation for consistency.

MARYBOROUGH VICTORIA 3465. At 9.40 a.m. Wednesday the 28-07-2021 I ordered 2 large fry 's and a large no sugar coke takeaway. After 10 minutes or more I asked at the counter, WHERE 'S MY ORDER ? The young girl said Oh I just put the Fry 's on which will be another 5 minutes I said I 've been waiting over 10 minutes and would like my money back. No sorry, no nothing. ! She just handed me the money back and that was it.! I keep telling you people to train your people up properly but no one 's listening.!

Not happy tables dirty and was told no cleaners. Had to ask my daughter to use baby wipes. Thick shake machine still not working.

Always a pleasure to eat here. Staff very friendly and caring with help offered to check in with Qld App.
